Web design contracts

Question

When you get hired by an individual or company, what do you provide as a contract for your services? What if the client isn't paying the full amount until the product is delivered? Are there pre-written contracts available on the internet for freelance web designers to use?

You may also want to become a member of their forums.

For the most part, they'll link you to what Andy gave you (above), but there's lots of existing posts that should answer specific questions you might have.
