I know there are already a lot of posts on this subject, but I'm looking for 1 provider in particular.
A while ago, I stumbled upon a site, providing completely free (no pricing deals with free option, or simplified but free plan). It was a guy who was just starting out, and offering free svn sourcecontrol.
Any ideas? Apparently I did not save this in bookmarks or delicious, so I really can't find it back...
