netlink kernel 2.6.28

Hi,

I read your answer regaring netlink_kernel_create for 2.6.28. Unfortunately link to 2.6.29 example doesnt work. Could you please send me a example for basic netlink operation under 2.6.28 or 2.6.29 or link to source of knowledge so I can do it myself.
