Hey All,

I recently downloaded the stack overflow xml dump, and began playing around with the files. I plan to develop some visualisations of the data, for the community of course, but I am wondering does anybody have any suggestions on how they would like to view or indeed interact with this data? Social Network Analysis springs to mind, and maybe some Flex interactive charts....

cheers,

eyup

Take a look at Digg Labs and Live Plasma, then riff off of that.

I think a cool graph to see would be to have a plot of users who receive more reputation than they give and vice versa. It'd be interesting to see where all the reputation 'flows' throughout the community.

I'd like to see which tags get the most votes (in terms of average votes per question or per answer).

I have a sneaking suspicion that the "subjective" questions get higher votes that other tags, even though Stack Overflow is targeted at "questions that can be answered rather than discussed".
