Hello All,

I am having an issue with my flash media server 3. We just moved our storage of files to a NAS solution. It seems that whenever we do a recording that would save in a directory that does not currently exist in our file system FMS does not create the appropriate directory structure.

Each folder in our file system is named by an account number, so if a new account is created and no folder is there when a recording is done by that user, FMS should create a new folder and store the new recording appropriately. It was currently working like this before we moved to our NAS storage solution.

If a user who has previsouly done recordings, which would have a folder already created in our file system, FMS functions correctly and stores the newly created recording in the correct account folder.

Are there any security permissions or other security features that may need to be configured?

Thanks
