Is there any alternatives for BlackBerry App World to sell/distribute application?
There are free services like handango and getjar you can check for more here, but I would like to hear about someone else opinion.
Also, is there any issues to sell BlackBerry app by myself?

I don't there should be any. Not all apps make it to the app world. And many independent apps which are not in app world are popular as well. A large proportion of apps are not made for everyone. They have a selected group of audience. Those apps are also not there in app world. They distribute it independently. Once the code signing is done I guess I can it anywhere.
One of the largest third-party BlackBerry app distributors is Mobihand - they've been around much longer than App World and have a ton of apps available, both free and paid.
