On MSDN magazine there is axosoft OnTime ad and the Express edition should be enough! Any other solution? What about Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2010?

If you are anywhere near the agile project management space you might want to look at Mingle from ThoughtWorks.

Although I still favor index cards stuck on a wall but that won't work in every environment.

We have a team of about 20 developers working on a handful of different software projects. We have been using FogBugz and have been very happy with it. It is a unique combination of a bug tracking system and a project management system. One of the most interesting features about FogBugz is that it keeps track of how accurate each developer is at estimating his cases.

Probable project completion dates are automatically projected based upon the estimated times for the remaining cases and how good the developers have been, historically, at meeting their estimates.

We have done some custom work to integrate FogBugz with our CRM so that our support team can continue using their favorite CRM for their job, and when a bug is entered in the CRM it immediately appears in FogBugz.
