Me too, this has been the case since last night, sand box in app purchases are having problems it looks like.
The item you tried to buy is no longer available
I also had to update a provisioning profile by chance at the same time last night - guess what I thought the problem was, yep, the provisioning profile. A merry install / uninstall dance followed!
