How to show "open as" when user try to open a attachment of email

Hi all

I see some ios app have this function: When user try to open a special-format attachment of email,it will show a alert and displays two buttons.One button of them showing "Open as".When user clicks it,then an app will be run and open the attachment.

I would like to know how to complete it.If anyone knows it,please let me know. Thx very much.
