Dashcode - mp4 or m4v not playing

Hi all,

I have put my video on my server and tried to link my dashcode application to them for playback. But i noticed that only .mov files can be played. .mp4 or .m4v files cannot be played. Is this true? or there's something wrong with my files?

I have used iTunes to convert them into iphone format but it still doesn't work.

Can anyone help me?
