Simple one! What are the top developer sites you visit, and why? (aside from SO, obviously!)

I'm excluding individual blogs from this question - as that topic has already been covered.

http://www.codeproject.com - I love to see/download the code as well as (usually) having a nice write-up on what the developer did.

A:

http://www.15seconds.com/ - Could be considered a blog but I view it more as a tutorial/help/sample code site. Focused on ASP and ASP.NET.

http://www.codeguru.com/ - Not as valuable as the others I've posted but has some interesting write-ups on techniques and theory.
