I would go with Sitepoint Press books (from your list Rachael Andrew's book). Sitepoint has run some nice promotions at various times where you can get pdf, mobi, and epub formats of their books for half off or 5 for 1, etc.

Hope that helps,

The Sitepoint book is the only one that I've looked at, so I can't do much of a comparison, but in general Site Point books are high quality resources. The Missing Manual books are also very high quality, but in this case I'd lean toward CSS Anthology, as it is significantly newer than the others. CSS is changing, as are the browsers that implement it, so it's important to have a current resource. It looks like CSS Anthology is from 2009 and all of the other books are at least 3 years older than that. Just my two cents, I hope you find something that works for you.
