Subversion Release Manager Plug-in

Has anyone ever tried this plug-in? http://wiki.hudson-ci.org/display/HUDSON/Subversion+Release+Manager

I don't see the releases link shown in the page after installing the plug-in.

  1. install plug-in
  2. check "use Subversion Release Manager" @ job config
  3. nothing comes up:(
