I am currently using Mantis to track bugs on my projects and I like it. Using special categories etc, I use Mantis also for tracking new project requirements. I don't feel comfort with this workaround since when I add a new report, many text fields I am prompted to fill are bug related.

My other alternative is Bugzilla but it is much more sounding bug-related.

I have to use only one tracker for my SVN configuration etc.

Edit:

What should be the right direction to go for a single developer/multiple projects?, or it is OK to keep mantis?

Have you looked into Redmine? My team has been using Redmine for close to a year, and it's be a dream.

Redmine is flexible by design, allowing you to specify different fields and workflows for each "tracker." For example, you might set up a different trackers Bugs and Features, and then allow your end users to create new Bugs but bar them from directly adding feature requests. Bugs might have a Severity drop-down, but issues in the Features tracker would not.

It sounds like just the thing you're looking for.

Thanks for your answer, but Redmine is Ruby based so I can't use it on my hosting account

That's a bummer. And here I thought pretty much all shared hosting had RoR nowadays.

I asked my hosting company to support me installing redmine because I am a RoR ignorant

Setting up a Rails app can be a bit of a pain the first time, but the Redmine Wiki is pretty good. Check out http://www.redmine.org/wiki/redmine/RedmineInstall. If you're running a Linux server, you should consider the Passenger (also known as mod_rails) mod for Apache. When I installed Redmine, all I had available was a Windows box, which required me to run a few instances of Mongrel as services on different ports and use Apache's mod_proxy to direct the requests. Good luck!

I think that Artifacts for Web could be an option for you.
